Role Overview

As a Field Sales Professional, you’ll be responsible for driving new business across the UK fashion retail landscape. You will identify, prospect, and close deals with brands and retailers seeking to improve their e-commerce performance through Sizebay’s AI Size & Fit solutions. This role requires a sales-driven professional with a strong background in fashion, retail technology, or B2B SaaS, and a genuine passion for helping brands grow through innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with fashion retailers, brands, and e-commerce platforms across the UK.
  • Conduct meetings and product demonstrations with decision-makers (heads of e-commerce, retail directors, merchandising, etc.).
  • Build strong client relationships through consultative selling and follow-up strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Represent Sizebay at trade fairs, fashion tech events, and networking opportunities across the UK.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fashion, retail, or fashion-tech sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion retail ecosystem (brands, buyers, merchandising, and e-commerce operations).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the UK.
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
