Salary: £55k - £60K plus a great un‑capped bonus structure + Car Allowance

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Commercial Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities at the higher level, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory in the North. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys meeting customers face‑to‑face, and is confident in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through field visits, Phone, Email and LinkedIn.
  • Starting the commercial process of introduction, waiting for dates to tender for large contracts.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long‑term client relationships
  • Always represent the company professionally
About You
  • Proven experience in field sales in a B2B capacity.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to sales
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
  • Full UK driving licence (or relevant local requirement)
  • Positive attitude and a drive to succeed
