An award-winning, UK VoIP Series A-funded telecoms provider has an exciting leadership role reporting to the CEO, for a Head of Sales with a proven track record in launching scaling and managing ISA's (Independent door2door Field Sales Agents), partnership/reseller channels and full sales strategy.
Along with a salary of up to £90,000 per annum (depending on experience), you will also receive circa30‑40% commission and up to 0.5% equity (doe). The role can be based remotely, anywhere across the UK, with occasional visits to the head office in London HQ.
The market is primed for expansion with clear traction in the micro‑business and high‑street sectors. Teams can deliver within a few minutes, a fully operational 5G connection with VoIP digital phone line (mobile and handset) and unlimited UK calls. VoIP set‑up takes 2 minutes — online sign‑up, number selection or transfer and App downloads to set up business hours and AI greetings, call test. Customer onboarding is handled immediately via a remote team or scheduled via Calendly. 5G connectivity is plug‑and‑play with instant proof of coverage and speed at the premises. Handsets are plug‑and‑play and fully operational within minutes.
The company is uniquely positioned to capitalise on the BT Switch‑off, a market‑wide transition requiring millions of UK SMEs to upgrade from copper lines to VoIP by 2027. Although profitable and growing, the company expects to raise £10M Series B growth funding in Q2‑2026 to significantly accelerate growth and scale all channels including Field Sales.
