Overview

Job Role: We are currently looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals with good communication skills and a track record in direct sales. You must have a passion for customer care and service with a drive to succeed. Expect to initially start in a field based face-to-face (Door to Door Fundraiser) marketing role. Once proven you will have the opportunity to progress to Area Manager and to recruit and train your own Marketing team. Your area of work will be East Yorkshire.

Responsibilities

• Work in a field-based face-to-face (door-to-door) marketing role and promote the Community Scheme to raise funds for local good causes, charities or children\'s football teams within the local area.
• Progression path includes opportunities to become an Area Manager and to recruit and train a Marketing team.
• Aim to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and manage your own workload and time effectively.
• Handle rejection and maintain a customer-focused approach.
• Be able to cold call on a door-to-door and small business basis as part of customer outreach.
