About the role

As a Field Sales Executive you’ll be engaging with your community daily via residential door‑to‑door sales, collaborating with your manager to create successful sales and territory plans, identifying, negotiating, and winning new customers, delivering excellent customer experience and product knowledge at every door, and striving to exceed KPIs and targets to benefit from uncapped commissions. All tools will be provided to create healthy pipelines and gather customer data, and you’ll build relationships with peers and key stakeholders across all business units.

Compensation & Benefits

£25k per annum basic salary, £5,400 PA car allowance (£450 per month), £15k uncapped commission paid monthly. Top performing sales reps exceed £80k a year.

Requirements
