Charity Link is recruiting ambitious Field Sales Executives to represent top UK charities at high-footfall venues, shopping centres and events. You’ll promote monthly giving and sponsorship programmes, earning a £26,400 basic salary plus uncapped bonuses and an OTE of £45,000–£55,000+ with weekly pay.

Ideal candidates have strong people skills, resilient, target-driven and able to build rapport quickly. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Past experience in field sales or charity fundraising.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, target-driven roles.

Responsabilités

• Engage at high-footfall venues, shopping centres, supermarkets and events on behalf of charities.
• Inspire supporters to sign up for regular monthly donations or sponsorship programmes.
• Build genuine connections and achieve sign-ups in a measurable way.
