Job Description:

Are you ready to join a dynamic team and make a real impact in the field? Kellanova is looking for a Field Sales Representative on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to cover our Birmingham territory. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive team of 12 field sales reps across the country, reporting directly to the Area Sales Lead.

At Kellanova, we are committed to nourishing families so they can flourish and thrive. We expect you to execute the daily and weekly supply of our products into major retailers, support market share growth, and enable customers to shop our full portfolio daily.

Basic salary ranges from £27,000 to £30,000 (based on experience), plus bonuses, a company car, and other benefits. This role is both rewarding and competitive.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • No Cold Calling: Collaborate with Field Sales Managers to grow relationships across territories and major retail stores.
  • Identifying Market Gaps: Work with internal teams to identify market opportunities and retail strategies.
  • Driving Sales: Implement initiatives to increase sales and product availability.
  • Building Customer Relationships: Manage store-level relationships daily to make a positive impact.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good energy, motivation, and a competitive spirit.
  • Passion and willingness to learn (ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals).
  • Some sales experience or similar role experience.
  • A full UK driver’s license.
