Job summary

Charity Link is seeking a Field Sales Executive / Charity Fundraiser to engage the public at venues, shopping centres, and events, promoting monthly donations for partner charities. You’ll deliver compelling conversations, qualify supporters, and secure ongoing gifts with the potential for progression into leadership roles.

With a £26,400 base salary and uncapped bonuses, you’ll have realistic OTE £45,000–£55,000+ and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or charity fundraising is beneficial but not essential.
• Confident approaching and engaging with new people.
• Motivated by achieving targets and commission-based earning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with the public at high-footfall venues to sign up regular monthly donations or sponsorships.
• Represent nationally recognisable charities on behalf of Charity Link with professional conduct.
• Aim to exceed targets through proactive outreach and high-quality customer interactions.

The Role – Field Sales Executive / Charity Fundraiser

As a Field Sales Executive and Charity Fundraiser , you'll work at high-footfall private venues, shopping centres, supermarkets and events, engaging directly with members of the public on behalf of nationally recognisable charities. Using your communication and sales skills, you'll inspire supporters to sign up for regular monthly donations or sponsorship programmes that provide vital long-term funding for life-changing charitable work. This is a fast-paced, rewarding and highly interactive role where you'll meet new people every day, build genuine connections and make a measurable difference through every successful sign‑up.
