  • Manage customer expectations with high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop sales protocols for new business.

  • Day to day engagement with both existing and potential clients
  • Gaining referrals, endorsements and introductions from existing customers

  • Daily updating of our customer and prospect databases
  • Customer expectation management
  • High quality customer care
