Responsibilities
  • Owning your territory and spotting new business opportunities everywhere you go
  • Meeting decision makers, pitching confidently and closing deals with impact
  • Mapping local markets to uncover untapped opportunities
  • Becoming a product expert who can answer questions, negotiate confidently and tailor solutions
  • Building a healthy pipeline and onboarding new customers consistently
  • Recording opportunities and insights accurately in our CRM
  • Collaborating closely with regional operational teams to drive growth and deliver results
What you’ll bring
  • You currently work in a target driven environment, logistics experience not required! (telesales, inside sales, SDR, account exec - anything driven by targets)
  • You’re hungry to break into a field sales role
  • You’re confident speaking to customers and asking the right questions
  • You're motivated by targets, performance and personal growth
  • You love being out and about, meeting people and taking ownership of your day
  • You can understand customer needs and turn insight into action
