A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a Field Sales Executive to generate new business in telecoms and technology solutions. The role involves making 60 calls daily, booking appointments, and managing the sales process. Candidates should be self-motivated sales professionals with prior field sales experience. This position offers a salary of £35k-£45k plus commission, alongside benefits like a fuel allowance and a supportive work environment.
Salary: £35k - £45k Basic (Depending on Experience) + 20% Commission

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, with a heavy focus on prospecting and lead generation. You’ll be expected to make 60 new business calls per day and book your own appointments to visit customers. While leads are provided, this is very much a new business hunting role, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships from scratch.
