Job summary

Charity Link is seeking a Field Sales Executive/Charity Fundraiser to engage the public at high-footfall venues across the UK, driving sign-ups for monthly donations and sponsorships. You will earn a £26,400 base with uncapped bonuses and a realistic £45k–£55k OTE, along with weekly pay and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or charity fundraising is beneficial
• Ability to engage with the public in busy venues
• Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with members of the public at venues, events and shopping centres
• Inspire supporters to sign up for regular monthly donations or sponsorships
• Build rapport and sign up new donors on a consistent basis

The Role - Field Sales Executive / Charity Fundraiser

As a Field Sales Executive and Charity Fundraiser, you'll work at high-footfall private venues, shopping centres, supermarkets and events, engaging directly with members of the public on behalf of nationally recognisable charities. Using your communication and sales skills, you'll inspire supporters to sign up for regular monthly donations or sponsorship programmes that provide vital long-term funding for life-changing charitable work. This is a fast-paced, rewarding and highly interactive role where you'll meet new people every day, build genuine connections and make a measurable difference through every successful sign-up.
