Qualifications

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (£50,000 OTE)

What You'll Be Doing as a Field Sales Executive
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of profitable new business opportunities.
  • Sell contracted services across commercial sectors within your territory.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Create and deliver strategic sales plans, reports, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Regional Commercial and Depot Managers to align on campaigns and local strategies.
  • Act as the key contact for prospective customers—building trust and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Lead pricing negotiations and craft bespoke service packages to meet client needs.
