Job summary

CPM is recruiting a Sales Executive to represent Diageo and its premium brands such as Smirnoff, Guinness, and Gordons. You will operate across a defined territory including Manchester North, Blackburn, Bolton, and surrounding areas, driving field visits and activations to grow alcohol sales.

The role offers a base salary of £27,594 with up to £3,000 bonus, a company vehicle, pension and life assurance, plus health and wellbeing perks through DIGICARE+ and Peppy.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive in the UK with a valid licence.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in field sales is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Field sales visits into on-trade venues in your territory promoting Diageo spirits and drafts portfolio.
• Educating licensees on how to increase their alcohol sales and providing informed recommendations.
• Activating the products in your venues using POS, sampling activities, menus, and other activations.
• Running quality checks to ensure consistent quality and serve standard for Guinness and Draught Cocktail.
• Reporting back insight and information gained during your calls and building relationships across the On-Trade.

A typical day as a Sales Executive will involve:
