Responsibilities
  • Attend sales appointments booked by your Telemarketing partner.
  • Take a consultative approach to sales, providing each Client with a solution that matches their specific requirements.
  • Self‑generate new leads and develop links with potential introducers and referral partners

Package

Basic £30K, guaranteed to £60K in the first year. If you hit target, you earn an additional £22,500 per quarter. Top earners do earn £150K +. Company car or £5,000 car allowance. Life insurance, 24/7 Employment Relations Advice Line, and your birthday off!

Commission

Calculated each quarter on sales value generated:

  • 0 to £200,000 = 5% Commission
  • £200,000 + = 10% uncapped
  • Company car or Travel allowance of £5k
Quarterly Bonus

Achieve 30 deals and £325,000 revenue = £5,000 Bonus
