Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-disconnection visits and meter inspections.
• Perform customer vulnerability assessments and safety checks.
• Negotiate and facilitate payment solutions.
• Attend Magistrates Court for Rights of Entry Warrants.
• Liaise with engineers and locksmiths to oversee utility isolations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visits.
• Provide high-quality service and effective conflict resolution.
