Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Facilities Engineer to support O&M, limited R&D, and procurement on the SCION V contract. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support US Space Force interoperability and provide facility engineering expertise across electrical, HVAC, and mission-support equipment.

The role involves coordinating with remote and co-located teams, on-site support for exercise events, and ensuring electrical safety per NFPA 70E.

Qualifications

• A current TS/SCI clearance is required; CI Polygraph may be required for SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 2+ years of experience, OR 6+ years of relevant facilities engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Willingness to learn, teach and share information in a co-located and remote team environment.
• Experience with project management and electrical/HVAC systems.
• Valid Journeyman Electrician licence in a US state is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations and maintenance support for electrical, HVAC, and facility systems including generators, CRAC units, UPS, and antenna support equipment.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams during field deployments for facility system installations at dispersed locations.
• Perform hands-on maintenance on electrical distribution and switchgear (up to 480V) per NFPA 70E.
• Coordinate facility repairs, outages, and infrastructure projects with host base CE squadrons.
• Maintain and control site configuration documentation such as blueprints and construction diagrams.
• Write technical documents, briefings, and drawings for new deliveries.
• Occasionally work evenings/weekends and be on-call as needed.
