Job summary

Vergo Pest Management Ltd is hiring a customer-facing Pest Control Technician to cover Telford and Shrewsbury. You’ll visit clients across the area to inspect properties and carry out treatments for pests in commercial, residential and government settings.

The role offers a salary package up to £29,500 with potential to earn up to £6,000 more through leads, commissions and bonuses, plus training for newcomers. A full UK driving licence is required and you’ll work with a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Full UK Drivers Licence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Live within a 40 mile radius of the area advertised
• Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision
• Be methodical and systematic in your approach to work
• Be comfortable using mobile phone apps
• Have excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Visit customers across your area to inspect and treat properties
• Promote additional work when opportunities arise
• Cover commercial, residential and government properties
• Work with leads to increase take-home pay through commissions and incentives
