A leading infrastructure company is seeking a Field Performance Manager to oversee a team within the water sector. The successful candidate will manage projects and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Essential qualifications include supervisory experience in the water industry and strong communication skills. We're looking for a Field Performance Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in either Ipswich or Norwich.
Location: Ipswich or Norwich
Hours: 45 hours per week
Please note this is a 6month fixed term contract

In this role you will be working on the Anglian Water contract part of the Integrated Metering Alliance (IMA) team. The IMA team provides new and replacement meters, water saving initiatives and develops new ways to better service Anglian Water's customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a supervisory role. You'll lead our Customer Service Technicians and help deliver one of the largest and most exciting smart meter rollouts in the industry. We'll provide full training and hands‑on experience so you can build a strong understanding of the Metering Alliance and grow your career with us.
