Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking an Operational Lead to manage field data collection teams across Europe and North America, coordinating routes, schedules and quality metrics to ensure timely, accurate data delivery.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, monitor budgets and risks, and deliver project milestones while maintaining clear, proactive communication with stakeholders and field operatives.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience of coordination/management
• Excellent communication – both written & verbal
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Be flexible to support field operations; non-standard hours
• Be experienced in preparing reports, presentation decks
• Be able to digest information quickly & turn it into actions
• Be able to manage a team, often in situations of high-stress
• Be able to remotely manage the team
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
• Would be beneficial: Fleet/logistics management experience
• Would be beneficial: Previous training experience

Responsibilities

• Direct communication and management of your team
