Job summary

Verian Business Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Field Operations Technician / Supervisor for a leading property maintenance contractor in South London. You will lead and support a team of repair and maintenance engineers across gas heating plant and domestic/commercial systems, driving productivity, safety, and quality across sites.

Qualifications

• Gas heating fault diagnosis and repair experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Asbestos Awareness and IOSH Working Safely certificates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support field engineers in installation, repair, and servicing of gas heating plant equipment.
• Track KPIs, manage time, first-time fix rates, and call-back metrics.
• Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and update NAV systems and PDAs.
• Ensure Gas Safe compliance and safety certificates.
• Lead health and safety practices and PPE usage on sites.
• Liaise with clients and admin to manage projects and stakeholders.
