Job summary

JDR - Just Dynamic Recruitment is seeking a permanent Mobile Vehicle Technician to operate in the South Yorkshire area. The successful candidate will perform diagnostic scans, troubleshoot vehicle faults, and assist with ADAS calibration. Ideally, they should have two years of experience in automotive repair and possess relevant certifications. The salary is £40k per annum, with potential bonuses of up to £16,800. This role involves independent work and good customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a car dealership or aftermarket repair facility as an automotive technician.
• Experience with OEM and/or aftermarket scan tools.
• Experience working on ADAS systems, mobile or in workshop.
• Preferably have company designated certifications and IMI ADAS certification, level 2 & 3 in electric/hybrid vehicle maintenance (or be happy to obtain in 6 months).
• Full UK Driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Work independently, attending workshops for vehicle diagnostics.
• Conduct diagnostic scans and troubleshoot faults.
• Assist with ADAS calibration and program vehicle modules.
• Perform small wiring repairs on damaged vehicles.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
