Job summary

Anderselite is seeking a Meter Reader in the Bournemouth area on an ongoing contract. The role is part of a dedicated Metering team responsible for installing, maintaining, and managing gas, electricity, and water meters.

You will use handheld devices to plan routes, record readings, and provide excellent customer service while working outdoors in all weather conditions. The position requires a five-year employment history, DBS check, and a full UK driving licence (licence not required in

Able to work outdoors and walk several miles daily.
Full UK driving licence (not required in London).
Able to manage appointments and work independently.
Able to work to timescales and under pressure.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording data.
Able to pass screening and vetting standards.
Provide 5 years employment history.
Able to pass a DBS check.
