AstraZeneca is seeking a Field Medical Specialist to drive scientific engagement across the UK, focusing on rare bone and endocrinology diseases and rare tumours. You will connect evidence to practice, tailor compliant HCP engagements, and support medical strategy with data and AI-enabled insights.

You will collaborate across Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access and digital teams, travel nationally, and operate in a matrixed environment while upholding ABPI code and scientific integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or related field required.
• Experience in Medical Affairs or MSL role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABPI Code and scientific integrity.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute scientific stakeholder engagement plans aligned to medical strategy.
• Prioritise activities based on customer need and strategic importance.
• Use data, analytics and AI-enabled tools to tailor compliant HCP engagement.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial and Digital/Ops.
• Maintain up-to-date scientific awareness and ensure governance and compliance.
