• Proven track record in the medical device market.
• Experience selling into theatres and engaging consultants & theatre staff.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Strong understanding of secondary care pathways.
• Energy, ambition, and passion for medical sales.
• Ability to succeed in a target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Secure and manage product evaluations in targeted accounts.
• Support clinical teams to maximise successful product adoption.
• Build strong relationships with various teams.
• Execute a territory business plan focused on growth.
• Manage accounts to meet and exceed sales targets.
