Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Cameron, Scotland is looking for a Mechanical Technician who will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the CPX Pipeline. The role demands a high level of compliance with safety regulations and operational integrity.

The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of relevant experience and be knowledgeable about mechanical standards, along with leadership and troubleshooting capabilities. This position may require travel and work in various conditions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanical technician in Oil & Gas, LNG or petrochemical facilities.
• Familiar with mechanical industrial standards and code regulations such as API and ASME.
• Experience in heavy equipment operation (rigging/lifting, welding, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance work on CPX Pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise contractor work execution and ensure quality.
