The platform is an all-in-one system handling everything from initial order entry to final invoicing. It optimises planning and has a built-in AI feature that automates lengthy manual tasks. Qargo is designed to help modern logistics operations run more efficiently while increasing profitability and sustainability. We’re looking for a Demand Generation/Campaign Manager/FieldMarketing Manager to join our team in the UK (London or Midlands – hybrid) to drive demand in the UK market.If you’re looking to work in an international company in a role that offers autonomy, ownership, and impact, this is the role for you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities
🎯 Campaign Creation
  • Define UK campaign strategy by region and vertical (e.g. general haulage, container transport) to support revenue targets
  • Plan, launch, and optimise inbound campaigns (email, digital ads, content, direct mail)
  • Build outbound programs: account lists by vertical, direct mail, account‑based email sequences
  • Create email & nurture flows in Cognism and HubSpot (segmentation, workflows)
  • Run “ABM‑lite” programs for high‑priority prospects (we’re a scale‑up – no sophisticated ABM tech)
  • Collaborate with content manager on e‑books, case studies, infographics, decks, landing pages, and webinars
  • Support the events team to maximise ROI from UK events and webinars
  • Tools you’ll use: HubSpot (campaigns, email, nurturing, reporting) Cognism (lead generation and segmentation), Canva (edit and adapt visual assets), Livestorm (or similar, to run webinars).
🤝 Partnership & Association Marketing
  • Build relationships with integration partners (e.g. Samsara, Platform Science) to deliver joint campaigns and events
  • Increase Qargo’s exposure within transport & logistics associations
🚚 Customer Marketing
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to deliver programs that drive retention and advocacy
  • Support the team to capture and repurpose UK customer stories, insights, and case studies to fuel campaigns and strengthen messaging
🧩 General
  • Build a tight partnership with sales: align goals, share feedback, and continuously improve
  • Track, analyse, and report key metrics (leads, conversion, pipeline, ROI) in HubSpot
  • Share best practices in B2B demand gen
  • Collaborate and support the wider marketing team on brand, social, and SEO
  • Clearly measure and communicate marketing’s pipeline contribution in the UK & IE
Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years in B2B demand generation, campaign, or field marketing
  • Strong track record managing digital: paid search (we use small agency to support on search campaigns), email, paid social
  • Hands‑on HubSpot experience (campaigns, workflows, automation)
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical/logistics topics into compelling messaging
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and attribution
  • Scale‑up mentality: self‑motivated, adaptable, able to own projects end‑to‑end
  • Strong cross‑functional collaborator (sales, customer success, partnerships)
  • Able to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Logistics/transport experience is a strong plus
