A high-growth tech company is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the EMEA region. You will develop and execute event strategies, manage sponsorships, collaborate with partners, and measure event success. The ideal candidate has over 4 years in marketing roles within tech environments, fluent in French and English, and is a strategic thinker. This role is based in London, UK, with a hybrid working policy encouraging in-office collaboration.
As Mistral AI’s Field Marketing Manager EMEA, you will develop and execute our third-party event strategy across the region. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing our event participation, from sponsorships and speaking opportunities to booths and side events while also supporting Mistral-led events. Additionally, you will collaborate with key partners to design and run joint field marketing programs and with GTM on 1:1 ABM campaigns.
This role reports to the Field Marketing Lead, EMEA.
This role is based in one of our European offices (Paris, France and London, UK). We will only consider candidates who either reside or are open to relocating there. We strongly believe in the value of in‑person collaboration and we encourage going to the office as much as we can (at least 3 days per week) to create bonds and smooth communication. Our remote policy aims to provide flexibility, improve work‑life balance and increase productivity.
