Field Marketing Manager

About the Role :

The Field Marketing Manager will lead field marketing initiatives and programs focused on driving demand generation, customer acquisition and revenue growth within assigned territories and market segments. This role requires strategic thinking, program management expertise and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, partners and cross‑functional stakeholders to execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.

How you will make an impact :
  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies for assigned territories and segments
  • Manage and coordinate regional events, trade shows, conferences and customer engagement programs
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with territory goals and pipeline objectives
  • Develop and manage field marketing budgets and resource allocation
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis initiatives to inform strategic decision‑making
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline development through targeted field marketing campaigns
  • Manage relationships with key partners, vendors and external service providers
  • Analyze and report on program performance, ROI and key marketing metrics
  • Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation and corporate marketing teams
  • Support customer reference programs, case studies and thought leadership initiatives
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members and regional marketing staff
  • Travel to support regional activities and customer engagement events
  • Other strategic initiatives as assigned

It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range; however, the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non‑discriminatory factors including but not limited to geographic location, skills and competencies.
