The Role

As a Field Marketing Executive, you'll be the brand's face within your territory, visiting a variety of retailers each day. Your mission will be to maximise product visibility, ensure promotional compliance, and drive sales performance through excellent execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with store managers and decision makers.
  • Actively merchandise to secure prime shelf space.
  • Negotiate secondary displays and promotional opportunities.
  • Increase product distribution and availability.
  • Provide valuable market insights to the wider team.
  • Complete reporting and administration accurately and on time.
About You

We're looking for individuals who are confident, professional, and results-driven.

You will need
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
  • To live within, or be able to travel easily across, Luton.
  • Previous experience in field sales, retail, or FMCG (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • A proactive, organised, and self‑motivated approach.
