We are currently looking for a Field Maintenance Engineer who will help us provide the highest‑quality repair and maintenance service to the full range of company and third‑party products. This role is remote and covers the Notts/Derby/Lincolnshire area.

What will you be doing in this role

Provide high‑quality repair and maintenance for Telecare/Telehealth and Assisted Living equipment, working independently in customers’ homes (often vulnerable or elderly). Demonstrate exceptional customer relations, communication, problem‑solving, and safety skills.

Ideal candidate

• City & Guilds qualifications in basic electrical installation work and associated safe systems, or equivalent, is desirable.
• Basic telephone wiring knowledge and an understanding of system architecture for intercom, access control, CCTV, fire alarm, or intruder systems.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and time‑management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and a flexible, team‑player approach.
• Knowledge of health & safety issues relating to electrical work is desirable.
• Experience in a field‑based role is desirable but not essential.
