Field Maintenance Engineer - Birmingham area - £38-45k

Our client are seeking a Field Maintenance Engineer in the Birmingham area, to visit customers and carry out maintenance, diagnostics and repair of their products!

Responsibilities

• Ensure all necessary equipment and service kits are prepared for jobs ahead of time.
• Perform all maintenance and repair work thoroughly and in accordance with service instructions.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed on company issued tablet, to ensure work is documented promptly.
• Maintain the condition of service vehicle, notifying the office if there are any issues.
• Provide great customer service to all customers on site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Field Maintenance Engineering role.
• Hold a relevant CSCS card.
• Previous experience in the Fire prevention sector (desirable).
• Great customer Service skills.
• Proficient in the use of I.T including smart phones and tablets.
