Qualifications

• Proven experience in field-based loss adjusting across Home, SME, and Commercial property claims.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, policy interpretation, and coverage assessment.
• Excellent knowledge of buildings and contents quantum and current construction methods.
• Confident in creating repair propositions and negotiating settlements.
• Located in and/or around the Leeds or Manchester area.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to support customers, including vulnerable situations.
• Review digital evidence via online claims portal.
• Represent during surge events using Surge Support Vehicle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to achieve market-leading scores.
• Support complaint resolution and validate field claims.
