What you will do:
- Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base – Help Crown build positive customer experiences
- Use of latest field-based mobile technology to manage your daily work schedule
- Inventory input on your Company allocated service van & customer sites - Deliver a professional level of service
- Gain experience in dealing with Australia’s top-tier customer base

- Complete an initial 8-week onboarding and industry-leading training program

Typical Crown Technician Tasks and Duties:
- Conduct scheduled and breakdown services with a customer-focused approach
- Assist in preparing field-based quotes for customers
- Record notes and file service records properly – be part of the service team and deliver high customer service levels
- Access industry-leading training, development, and progression opportunities, including training less experienced technicians
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including emerging technologies like automation and telematics
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and services
- Partner with the Company to maximize sales and service across a dedicated customer base
- Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential
- Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
