Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team of field-based Engineers using company tools.
• Take incoming calls from Customers and Suppliers.
• Ensure a timely and efficient flow of Out-work purchase orders.

Skills

Experience working in a service office environment with mobile engineers

Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Good knowledge of PC literacy, including Word and Excel

Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational skills

Excellent communication skills
