Monday to Friday 37.5 working week with some flexibility around hours

Salary £40,000 to £45,000 plus Benefits & Mileage ( No vehicle with the role)

What You Will Do:
  • Support the installation of advanced systems at a major food production site in Airdrie, Scotland.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance and provide reactive technical support to customer sites.
  • Fault-find within PLC programmes and work with industrial instrumentation such as flow meters, temperature meters, and UV sensors.
  • Build, assemble, and service systems involving piping, pumps, and mechanical components.
  • Work closely with customer teams to ensure optimal use of the company's products and achieve outstanding results.
  • Travel to various customer sites across the UK and potentially Europe, building strong relationships and representing the company with professionalism.
What You Will Bring:
  • Proven experience as a Field Engineer with strong electrical and mechanical skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering and electrical drawings.
  • A qualification in mechanical, electrical, ICA, or process engineering.
  • Hands‑on experience with PLC fault‑finding, preferably Schneider, and working with hardware such as piping, pumps, and instrumentation.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
