Overview

JOB - Field Service Engineer
LOCATION - Bristol
TERM - Permanent
SALARY - £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience

My client is a specialist provider in the Water industry. They are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer with a background in water/wastewater to join their expanding team based in the Bristol area on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Travelling to customer sites to deliver and service controls and systems
  • Electrical & Mechanical maintenance and repair
  • Training customers on how to use the equipment
  • Mechanical servicing with some Electrical elements
  • Around 10% of work at the company base and 90% servicing
  • Developing strong relationships with customers
Qualifications
  • 2+ years' relevant experience in a Servicing role
  • Understanding of Mechanical-Electrical systems
  • Ideally some background working within the Water industry
  • Experience working with pressure vessels, valves, pumps
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work individually or in part of a small team
  • Team player who is passionate about their work
  • Happy to travel on a field basis approx. 90% of the time
  • Holds a full UK driving licence
