Job summary

WH Bence is seeking an Electrical Service Engineer to join our expanding field service team. You will work from our service premises in Yate near Bristol and travel to customer sites across the UK and Ireland, providing electrical diagnosis and on-site repairs.

You will join a mobile, on-call team with occasional overnight stays, a company van and mobile phone provided, and opportunities for overtime and overtime pay. Training will be provided where required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full Category B driving licence.
• Ideally hold 18th Edition, training can be provided.
• Ideally hold Test & Inspect qualification, training can be provided.
• Experience in auto vehicle electrics and hydraulics advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical diagnosis and repairs onsite.
• Perform breakdown assistance.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service on-site.
