Job Description:

Join ESP Global Services as a Field Dispatch Services Administrator at our Reading HQ. Be part of a dynamic, global IT support team! Your role will involve coordinating field service operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily schedules and dispatch engineers to customer sites.
  • Monitor work orders, ensuring timely completion and SLAs are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers, field staff, and internal teams.
  • Track inventory and ensure field engineers have necessary tools and equipment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative duties, ensuring accurate records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2-4 years of experience in coordination, scheduling, or customer service, preferably in a technical services environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for customer and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, call management systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
