Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting field-based Industrial Chemical Cleaners in South Wales (Bridgend / Port Talbot). The role involves heavy industrial cleaning across sites, including shutdowns and decontamination tasks, with regular travel to other locations.

You will join a mobile team handling equipment deep cleans and hazardous environments. The position is full-time, temporary to permanent, with nights and weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based industrial cleaning across varied environments.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Proactive in safety training and adhering to site rules.

Responsibilities

• Carry out heavy industrial chemical cleaning as part of a mobile team.
• Work across multiple industrial environments and on-site facilities.
• Perform shutdowns, outages, and deep cleans of equipment; handle decontamination tasks.
• Operate in confined spaces (tanks, vessels) and with vacuum tankers.
• Travel between sites as part of a field-based team.
