Job summary

Stafffinders is seeking a proactive Capture Field Operative for a hands-on, field-based data capture role in the IT & Technology sector. You will deploy camera and LiDAR equipment, collect imagery and survey data while travelling designated routes.

The role combines fieldwork with office testing support. You will need a UK driving licence, comfort with mobile devices and spreadsheets, and the ability to work independently or in a small team. Immediate Right to Work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Clean, valid UK driving licence.
• Comfortable using mobile devices, tablets and basic spreadsheet software.
• Capable of working independently or in a small team.
• Experience in IT & Technology industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Travel along designated routes to complete data capture and surveying assignments.
• Deploy, mount and monitor specialist camera and LiDAR equipment across vehicles, UTVs or pedestrian systems.
• Monitor equipment and perform basic troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothly.
• Complete site risk assessments and follow data privacy, security and anonymisation procedures.
• Support office testing and wider project work when not in the field.
