• Oversee contract performance and ensure timely, safe delivery.
• Act as main client liaison to maintain strong relationships.
• Lead team development for Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Manage forecasting, profit and loss, and revenue targets.
• Champion health, safety, and environmental standards.

Skills

Experience in Arboriculture, Forestry, Grounds Maintenance, Utilities

Proven experience in contract and financial management

Strong team leadership and people development skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

Proactive mindset with passion for continuous improvement

Confidence using MS Office, GIS systems, Power BI
