Location: Hybrid - UK-wide travel required

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + £1,000 annual bonus

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and confident Field Compliance Auditor to join our Risk & Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in compliance - no previous experience is required as full training and support will be provided.

You’ll visit Marketing Companies across the UK, helping ensure they meet internal standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly help protect the business from legal, financial, and reputational risks.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Conduct on-site audits at Marketing Company offices and operational sites across the UK.
  • Review processes and documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Identify risks and areas for improvement, recommending practical solutions.
  • Prepare clear and detailed reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver and support compliance training to external partners and colleagues.
  • Work closely with the Risk & Compliance team to promote a culture of integrity and accountability.
