A leading recruitment business is looking for a Field Compliance Auditor to join its Risk & Compliance team. This hybrid role involves conducting on-site audits across the UK, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing training. No prior experience is needed; training will be provided. The position requires a proactive attitude and attention to detail. A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 plus an annual bonus is offered.

You’ll visit Marketing Companies across the UK, helping ensure they meet internal standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly help protect the business from legal, financial, and reputational risks.
No prior compliance or auditing experience is needed – what matters most is your personality, professionalism, and willingness to learn. An interest in compliance, auditing and business operations is an advantage.
