Job summary

Novartis UK in London is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to manage monitoring across Phase I–IV trials. You will maintain strong site partnerships, ensure high-quality execution, and drive risk-based monitoring in a field-facing role.

Role requires a scientific degree and at least 1 year of clinical research experience, with English fluency and knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines. Hybrid/and London-based work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical research.
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and health authorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Novartis and trial sites.
• Manage Phase I–IV sites ensuring protocol compliance.
• Lead site initiation visits and training on study protocols.
• Conduct on-site and remote monitoring for safety and data integrity.
• Assess site performance and implement mitigation actions.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement with sites.
• Promote ethical standards, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster strong site relationships to aid patient recruitment.
• Oversee site closeout activities and documentation.
