Job Description
Hadi Care, Leeds, is currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor. You will be working alongside our Registered Manager in Leeds and will have support from the office team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will provide physical and emotional support to individuals while supervising teams of care assistants.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Registered Manager to coordinate the growth and development of a high‑quality domiciliary care service for older people in the local area.
- Network in the local community to raise awareness of the service.
- Promote the highest standards of care and service.
- Recruit and train care professionals.
- Plan care and conduct risk assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage a team, ensuring that exceptional service is delivered to our clients and workloads are managed accordingly.
- Promote good communication through employee meetings, written and verbal reports, encouraging openness at all levels.
- Ensure mandatory training requirements are met, checking the training matrix to confirm all staff are trained.
- Ensure rotas are covered in advance where possible and all care calls are made in accordance with client and carer rotas.

Qualifications
- Ideal: Field Care Supervisor experience (run supervisions, observations, competencies, and deliver training).
- Ability to build good working relationships.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Drive and motivation to take on a broad role and develop our care services.
- Ability to work well and accurately under pressure whilst working independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to meet the demands of the business, including participation in an on‑call rota.
- Minimum qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable or willingness to work towards it).
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required for on‑call support and community assessments).

Monday – Friday: 09:00‑17:00
