Hadi Care, Leeds, is currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor. You will be working alongside our Registered Manager in Leeds and will have support from the office team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will provide physical and emotional support to individuals while supervising teams of care assistants.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to coordinate the growth and development of a high‑quality domiciliary care service for older people in the local area.
  • Network in the local community to raise awareness of the service.
  • Promote the highest standards of care and service.
  • Recruit and train care professionals.
  • Plan care and conduct risk assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage a team, ensuring that exceptional service is delivered to our clients and workloads are managed accordingly.
  • Promote good communication through employee meetings, written and verbal reports, encouraging openness at all levels.
  • Ensure mandatory training requirements are met, checking the training matrix to confirm all staff are trained.
  • Ensure rotas are covered in advance where possible and all care calls are made in accordance with client and carer rotas.

Qualifications
  • Ideal: Field Care Supervisor experience (run supervisions, observations, competencies, and deliver training).
  • Ability to build good working relationships.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Drive and motivation to take on a broad role and develop our care services.
  • Ability to work well and accurately under pressure whilst working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of the business, including participation in an on‑call rota.
  • Minimum qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable or willingness to work towards it).
  • UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required for on‑call support and community assessments).
