A leading care provider in Harlow is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to enhance customer independence through tailored support. The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications and experience in Care, alongside strong communication and organizational skills. This full-time role includes community engagement and comprehensive benefits, including healthcare plans and career development opportunities.
Salary: £30,471.40 per annum (£15.79 per hour)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week
Shifts: 5 days over 7 on a rolling pattern between 7am – 8pm
Location: Travel required across West Essex. Based in Harlow.

Join ECL as a Field Care Supervisor known internally as a Trusted Assessor and become an integral part of ECL’s West Essex team.
Engage with customers to maximise their independence and achieve individualised goals by carrying out initial assessments, outcome focused support planning and subsequent customer reviews in a variety of settings.
This is an exciting opportunity to really embed yourself into the community; gaining and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of local resources. Work closely with our integrated team of health and social care workers, as well as other external health professionals, to maximise the support available to our customers.
