Job summary

Cera is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to act as an ambassador and extension of our family. You will supervise carers, build care plans, assess clients, and shadow carers to monitor care quality. Expect 75–95% field-based work with 25–5% office time for administration.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the adult social care sector with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a field-based setting.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise carers and ensure delivery of safe, quality care.
  • Complete meet & greet for new care packages.
  • Complete care plans and reviews; conduct risk assessments.
  • Audit MAR charts and log books; perform carer spot checks.
  • Interview carers and support with compliance.
  • Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities.
  • Be hands-on with carers and participate in out-of-hours on-call.
  • Participate in team meetings; maintain local area knowledge.

Job description

We are looking for a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You'll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care in terms of quality. It will involve 75/95% of time out in the field and 25/5% in the office for administrative tasks.
