A home care provider in Pulborough seeks a Field Care Supervisor to oversee care delivery and support staff in the field. The role requires at least 2 years' experience in a care setting and a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification. The salary ranges from £25,000 to £28,000 based on experience, with benefits including a company car and professional development opportunities.
Field Care Supervisors are responsible for the efficient running of their own specific, defined areas and should spend approximately 95% of their working week in the field with the remaining 5% in the office to complete necessary administrative duties.
