Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular quality checks and spot checks on care staff.
  • Supervise, support and mentor carers in the field.
  • Carry out risk assessments and care plan reviews.

  • Support the training and development of carers.
  • Liaise with clients, families and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible service for our clients.
  • Participate in on-call duties on a rota basis.
  • A passion to deliver outstanding care.
Qualifications

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
