As a Field Care Supervisor, you will support and manage a team of Care & Support Assistants across Hertford and surrounding areas, ensuring exceptional care delivery for our Homeowners.
As part of our care management team, you will work closely with the Care Performance Manager to ensure care services are safe, high-quality, and tailored to each individual homeowner.
You will supervise care staff across multiple retirement developments and support the delivery of person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
